ONLINE EDITION
WORKSHOPS.
One private and one semi-private workshops per day included in your registration.
Create your program according to your needs.
Schedule a daily private workshop with one of our specialists. These twenty (20) minutes private workshops will focus on your practice and will answer one or more very specific questions that you may have. For example, your questions might address rhythmic composition and phrasing, musicality or the inclusion of arm movement in a choreographic segment you are working on.
Then, schedule a thirty (30) minutes semi-private workshop per day - for a group of four (4) people at most - during which one of our specialists will have for mission to answer a question that is common to a small group of participants. Your questions could, for example, address improvisation, directing performers or learning percussive dance techniques such as Sean Nos or Ottawa Valley Stepdancing or body percussion.
Although we will follow the “first come, first registered” rule, we will try, in a spirit of fairness, to allow you to work with the people and expertise that interest you the most. Although our time slots are limited, we will do our best to accommodate everyone's requests. We may therefore make alternative suggestions to you while taking into account your wishes and needs.
In order to help us prepare your own personal schedule, please answer the questionnaire that you will find on the registration page. This will allow us to better understand your expectations and direct you to the people who have the best expertise according to your requests.
Here are the subjects and themes that our specialists suggest to discuss with you.
